I was one of the early move-ins, and it was a leap of faith moving into a brand new building and apartment sight-unseen relying on Affinity’s creative marketing and the hard-copy schematic of my apartment. This new-to-MN concept of “active” senior living has been all I hoped – and then some. My apartment, the building and our great staff have truly exceeded my expectations.

We are very grateful for all that you do. Penny provided a place for me to rehearse, John always greets me with a smile and a “How are you?, Jason always does a high five and wishes me a great day, Robin researches my wife’s requests and has returned mails that doesn’t belong to us, ReAnna makes my life tolerant reducing all the paperwork for Service, Parking and obtaining another slot for my MGB, Stephanie always has the immediate answer we are looking for and guides us in our new, lovely and very comfortable environment. We could not find a more suitable place where we could live and I thank Sherry Petrashek and my wife Jovanka for showing me this wonderful establishment. You all work hard at keeping the residents happy and that attitude has become a permanent part of each one of you. Congratulations on a job very well done.

This has been the best thing we have done. We have found Penny, Reanna and Kati to be friendly, helpful and always planning new events for our community, doing things to make this a true home for us all. Jason, who keeps the building in tip-top shape, is amazing and does a fantastic job making this a home to be proud of. It is not like any other apartment complex we had ever been in or seen. Some of the ads for Affinity state “resort living”, and it truly is. It does feel like you are “on vacation”! The complex is beautiful, yet warm and cozy. The amenities here are amazing. We had done a lot of research before deciding to move to Affinity – I visited cooperatives, assisted living, independent living, regular apartments and looked at town homes in the area. After all the research, Affinity seemed the best move for us – and it IS. We have only one check to write for rent and utilities, and we don’t worry about repairs, yard work or home maintenance any longer. Life is great! We can truly relax and enjoy life. We love our apartment and felt at home here since day one. Because of the management planning so many fun events in the building, the Happy Hour 2 times a week for example, we have met many wonderful new friends and have enjoyed many of the social events that have been planned and continue to be planned. We could not be happier!

I have always said anticipation is usually twice as great as actually. In the case of Affinity at Eagan, this is not true. The property and Penny and her staff have exceeded expectations and have worked with residents to correct minor situations that may have happened while maintaining respect. This venture will take time for it to become perfect but the concept is great and as residents and staff continues to grow it will be great. I do like that all of us seem to be jelling into a family.

The staff at Affinity are wonderful.

The staff at Affinity are wonderful. They make you feel so special. Also the people are all so friendly & we are having fun setting up a schedule of activities. The heated salt water pool is very large and a nice warm hot tub is right by it. I am so glad I chose Affinity to call my new home.

The apartment was clean and everything in working order. We love the lifestyle here and everyone is very friendly. The building is extremely safe and secure. The amenities here are too numerous to list, we use the pool and gym almost everyday. Looking forward to nice weather to enjoy all the outdoor spaces here. We highly recommend Affinity.
